To gain access, You have to defeat Venril Sathir in Venril Sathir's Lair or Overking Selrach Di'Zok in The Temple of Kor-Sha. See the The Amulet of Drolakis Raid progression quest.
Kill The Leviathan to get the update for Into the Bowels of the Beast Raid progression quest.

- - Damage is the maximum damage it can do to a lv80 character. Those with good mitigation or resists will get hit for less. Those under level 80 will get hit for more.

Strategy
Kill the trash. Put the suits on key people. Put 3 suits on whoever has your highest spell crit. Put the other 3 suits on your best melee dps / solo classes.
This is a ranged fight. After all the trash are dead, the giant penis (leviathon) spawns in the pool in the center of the room. A bunch of french ticklers (tenticles) flail out of the walls at the giant penis and smack around anyone that doesn't stay close to the giant penis.
Everyone starts the fight by running up to the edge of the pool. Debuff, debuff, debuff. He is very reflective, but the reflect can be removed for 5-10s using the following: Shaman Scourge, Brigand Taunt, Druid Serene Symbol, Paladin (whatever that dispell is called). Be sure to get debuffs in when those abilities are called on the mob. Do very mild ranged dps on him, focus on getting debuffs to stick.
Cure his noxious when it lands, it is nothing special.
Now, for winning the fight....
Have your non-spell crit people set up a chain order to use suits. One by one they use the suit. This stiffles them and turns them into a fish. The giant penis eats the fish and you are summoned to a round room with 6 sperm floating in it. These sperm are agro ^ mobs. Kill the sperm and loot the fluids. Have loot set to lotto and only your spell crit people loot the fluids. Each person suited will have about 12s to kill 2 sperms. Try to get 2 each time, if you only get one, you fail at life. After the 12s you are expelled form the penis and show up outside, move back to the edge of the pool and wait for your turn to come up.
When the first person is ejaculated from the giant penis, the next person puts on his fish suit and waits to get summoned into the sperm chamber.
Keep repeating this process till your 3 crit people have ~30 fluids total. More or less will work, but 30 should be the number of counting. Once that is met, the crit people tell the melee people to stop using suits. The crit people get summoned to the sperm chamber and they hit sprint and run like little girls while spamming their potion key. This is so they can avoid getting killed by the sperms and use as many potions as possible. If they get a jcap just before going in they will get more potions clicked. A really good potion clicker will get 6 off every time. Potions hit for about 100k damage, with a crit max of 240-260k damage. Allowing a really good clicker to do 1.5mil damage in 12s.
Have the crit people repeat this till he is 15% and the power of the green mist web cam is activated. At this point the giant webcam turns to face the giant penis to put on a cam show for the demented developer that designed this phallic showcase. Someone with a greenmist orb from imzok must now work thier way around the edge of the room avoiding the french ticklers and disarm the webcam. They can optionally use a fish suit to do this, as it seems the french ticklers are not intersted in fish.
While the runner is taking care of the webcam, have your melee go back in 1-2 rounds. It is pointless to try to kill him at this time, as long as the webcam is on, the leviathon will remain fully erect and will not fall limp. Once the webcam is deactivated, your crit people start back in. Be sure he dies to a potion clicking, so at 3% health, have everyone outside switch to just debuffs so the the killing blow comes from a potion clicker.
Once you understand the strat, this fight is incredibly easy. In fact it is easier than any other RoK named.
