Inner Circle is on the brink of reaching the maximum size that we are comfortable in supporting. As such, it has become time to be much more stringent on our recruiting policy.

At this time we're going to set Open / Closed recruiting by class.

Classes in the Open Recruiting Pool are welcome to post a recruitment application following the rules in this forum. Providing you meet the normal rules for membership, you will be tagged as a recruit and we'll make an evaluation once we come to know you if you are a fit for our guild.

Classes in the Closed Recruiting Pool may only apply for membership if they have a sponsor within the guild. A sponsor must be a full member of Inner Circle and will pledge and attest to your qualifications and that they believe you are a strong fit. Applicants with a sponsor will be reviewed by the officer corp and a vote will be given to allow the recruitment to continue or not.

We are not 'da uber', and we don't like turning away people that are friends and are a good fit for our guild culture, however, we are concerned about growing too large. Much of Inner Circle's success and camaraderie is based upon the organization and tight relationships that exist. Achieving a size that allows for multiple raids to go simultaneously, while possible, we feel is unmanageable. I hope everyone can appreciate our viewpoint on this matter.

Level 90
220 AA minimum
Mythical Weapon or Conversion

We may allow you to recruit without all 3 of these with the expectation that you will have all 3 completed before your recruitment period has expired.
