well, I see that it might be a red herring, but I just thought it was a cool similarity between the standing 15k predicates of the cyc KB and the fact that each of one of the hundred BILLION neurons in a single human brain has 15k synaptic connections to other neurons (thats a lot of synaptic neural connections) ... hidden numerological significance or just common sense?
