CURRENT RECRUITMENT LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:40

Recruitment of new members and or pledges shall be conducted in accordance with Internal Guild policy. Any person may present themselves to the Inner Circle for membership. An evaluation of that persons qualifications shall be conducted as well as a standardized questionnaire shall be set before the pledge. Based on answers, observations and an evaluation period member status may be granted by the governing body.

All Pledge Recruits shall remain at Recruit status until the Recruit has established sufficient trust, productive worth to the Guild and its leaders and or complete any other tasks or objectives as required by the leadership either public or private that promotion to the status of ''Member'' is warranted. Recruit status shall persist for a period of no less than 10 days. Recruit status shall continue to persist past the 10 day tial if the Recruit has not completed all requirements set before them.

If after 45 days all requirements are not met the Recruit shall be removed from the Guild and be required to wait 30 days before appling for membership again.

As a recruit your invitation to pledge to the Guild can be removed at any time for any reason without warning.(Guild Removed)

Because the Guild is primarily made up of adults over the age of 18 and there could be exposure to adult related topics or discussions within guild chat or Ventrilo it is the policy of the Guild to NOT recruit those under that age of 18. On rare occasion, this may happen with or without the knowledge of the Administration. In such cases, it is at the discretion of the Guild Leaders to require communication of sufficient validity (phone, Ventrilo chat, email etc.) from a parent or guardian that understands and acknowledges responsibility for the child's participation in communications with this Guild. The Guild, its leaders, officers, members, recruits and/or representatives are not responsible for content of any nature that a person under the age of 18 may come into contact with while participating with the Guild. It is solely the responsibility of the parent or guardian to monitor their child's activities.
